Areas We Serve

Our network of Licensed General Contractors (LGCs) enables us to deliver and install homes across key rural and suburban areas throughout the Midwest, including, though not limited to, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Please note: we do not serve the Greater Chicago Region.

If you are located in or near one of these states, there is a strong chance we are already building in your area or can connect you with an LGC experienced with our process. If your location is not listed but you have an LGC interested in partnering with us, we would be happy to explore the opportunity.

Built for Rural and Suburban Communities

Our homes are designed and optimized specifically for rural and suburban environments—locations where zoning, space, and infrastructure best support the unique features and streamlined installation process of our modular builds.

While we deeply value the enthusiasm and inquiries from urban clients, the challenges of city placement, such as permitting complexities, tight lot sizes, and utility access, often do not align with our current production and delivery model. We’re continuing to explore ways to expand in the future, but for now, our focus remains on the communities where our system works best.
