THE AVERY SERIES
The Avery Series is a contemporary, farmhouse home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This home boasts an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area, with plenty of light and space inside for various activities. Residents can enjoy a luxurious master bath with a rainfall shower and even a walk-in closet. The Avery Series’ exterior is a modern Cape Cod-style farmhouse look, with clean, sharp lines and a garage.
The Roosevelt Series
Next up, the Roosevelt Series, which is also a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. This model comes with enhanced bump-outs and a gable porch. As one of our most versatile homes, the foyer includes a coat closet and the kitchen features a huge island for food preparation and as an eat-in bar.
THE HERITAGE SERIES
The Heritage Series also has a split-bedroom floor plan, meaning the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from as the two others, which also share a bathroom. This home also stands out due to its serenity shower and spacious closets.
THE CARRINGTON SERIES
The Carrington is a 1,560 square foot design that works for buyers in all stages of life. Upon walking through the foyer, the open layout welcomes relaxed entertaining at the kitchen peninsula. This plan features split bedrooms for ultimate master suite privacy. The master suite boasts a double sink vanity, corner soaking tub and large walk in closet. At the opposite end of the home are two family bedrooms and a hall bath.
