In our commitment to quality, we have decided to build only with Merillat cabinets. Just as you would not rely on your home builder, to custom build and install your cabinets, we rely on the professionals at Merillat to provide us with high quality, beautiful cabinets throughout your new home. We offer a varying range of cabinet colors, styles, and accessories. We can also install trim and doors to match.

Optional Kitchen Designs
We have worked with our designers to offer several upgrade Kitchen configurations that are available in many floor plans and any style of cabinet that you choose. The renderings below show may show you the perfect design for your new kitchen, or just give you and idea that you and your builder can work from. We also offer upgrade kitchen for some specific floor plans, click here to see. Finally, custom kitchen design work is available upon request.

Door and Trim Options
We offer several stains and sizes of trim for your home in order to match your taste or cabinet choice. We build with Six panel, hollow core doors that match the trim of your choice. We can also upgrade your home to have Six panel, solid core doors as well.
- Mesa Oak is the standard trim in our home and comes in 3 1/4" base and 2 1/4" casing
- Milky White is available in 3" base and 2 1/4" casing OR 4 1/4" base and 3 1/4" casing
- All other colors come in 4 1/2" base and 3 1/4" casing
