HOW TO BECOME A DEALER / BUILDER

To become a builder / dealer using Rochester Homes Inc., you must fill out our dealer application that identifies your intentions on representing our product. You need to be aware of our practices and procedures to insure a smooth and profitable working relationship building with our modular product. The coordination of funding, payment draws, your site work, ordering our home, preparing the site for accessability and set, finish work etc, all the way to closing date is critical for a builder / dealer to maximize his / her success.

Once we approve your application we will assist you in any way we can to help you with your projects. Sales literature, sampling, order entry and pricing assistance, service after the sale assistance, and a wide array of other assistance is the duty of our area sales representatives.

It is not necessary, but advisable, that you have a sales center and/or a spec home to sell our product, it is harder to sell off of an empty shelf. We do have models at the factory and host factory tours every Saturday at 10am.
